The German National Youth Ballet, which has been working in the field of inclusion for many years, offers an inclusive workshop. Guided by the ballet master Raymond Hilbert and pianist Aike Errenst, they learn how to work with children with special needs in social facilities or schools. Participants of the Biennale become part of the inclusive work of the German National Youth Ballet both in an observing and participating way.
Together with dancers from the National Youth Ballet and students with disability from the Heinrich-Ernst-Stötzner Schule in Hannover, this Do-Shop will question codified movements and how we can think about dance through new vocabulary and time structures.
Where: Kampnagel, Jarrestraße 20, 22303 Hamburg
When: Feb. 18/19, 3 pm
The do-shops #5-8 are two days each, on Tuesday and Wednesday #5 and #6, on Friday and Saturday #7 and #8. They will be combined as 5/7, 5/8, 6/7 and 6/8.
