Our interactions with one another can find new ways to evolve and step forward from where we are now. Constant changes and always being open to expanding one’s views will help to transform and emerge from what is now to what could be. We will aim to push past boundaries and transform, expand, and elaborate on what we know. Through a series of phrases and tasks we will work with known ways of moving as well as explore and discover new ways individually and collectively as a group. In order to evolve we need to choose carefully where we take our inspiration from and who our role models will be and allow the natural freedom of changes made throughout time to bring you to a new ideal place for each situation.
