Flexible dancers like to stretch, elastic dancers love to jump, and almost everyone has a good side when it comes to turns. We prefer to do what comes easily to us in training, focus more on it and thus often increase an already existing imbalance. But where are my individual strengths and weaknesses? What should I train specifically to be fit and versatile? This workshop provides an insight into a dance medicine screening with various stations to try out. Warning: you will work up a sweat! Based on the results, individual training focuses will be developed in the afternoon and tips will be given for creating your own training plan. Because only when I am familiar with my strengths and weaknesses can I deal with them in a targeted manner and work comprehensively on my fitness.
